St. Louis County Unveils New Police Complex

St. Louis County has unveiled the design for their new police facility located in Maryland Heights.

JEMA’s design for the 2 story, 50,000 sq. ft. building provides the county with a new Police Precinct, Property Control & Evidence Storage, and Intelligence Center. The facility, slated for completion by June 2026, is a Mission Critical Category IV structure. The new complex will provide a secure state-of-the-art environment for the police force to train, work, and engage with the community.
