Rockwell Beer Garden Named 2022 Commercial Real Estate Award Finalist

Rockwell Beer Garden in Francis Park has been named a finalist in the St. Louis Business Journal’s 2022 Commercial Real Estate Awards.  This much celebrated project in South St. Louis City is being recognized in the Best Renovation Project category.  JEMA’s design transformed an existing historic building within Francis Park into a multi-faceted food and beverage concept that serves as the hub for a large, open-air beer garden with patios wrapping around the building.  Rockwell Beer Garden has reactivated the park as a community space while still maintaining the historical integrity of the original 1929 building.
