Lithium Legacy Starts Construction
Construction has officially started at Lithium Legacy Motors and Castle Lounge. The adaptive reuse project will transform a former 1936 automotive showroom into a unique mixed-use development. The ground floor will be dedicated to Lithium Legacy Motors. The upper floor will be a members-only wine and cigar lounge called Castle Lounge, and the Basement level will be a Speakeasy called Inner Sanctum. Construction is slated to be complete by the 4th quarter of 2027.
