Field-to-Table Institute Takes Shape at St. Charles Community College

With construction underway, the new Field-to-Table Institute is taking shape at St. Charles Community College. The new school is dedicated to the art and craft of food science.

From teaching students how to plant, grow, and harvest food to learning how to market, prepare, cook, and sell it, the institute creates a new pedagogical pathway for preparing students for a wide range of careers in the food industry.
