JEMA Named Among Best Places To Work – Two Years In A Row

The St. Louis Business Journal has published the preliminary results of its 2023 Best Places To Work Awards, and JEMA was named a finalist in the small firm category (10-49 employees).  More than 170 nominations were submitted this year.  As reported by the business journal, “participating companies and their employees completed surveys administered by third-party surveyor Quantum Workplace, which used its own algorithm to measure communication, management structure, benefits, teamwork and several other factors at each local firm.”  Surveys are completed anonymously.

JEMA was also named as a finalist in 2022.  This year’s winners will be announced in a special publication in late March.
