JEMA Designs Region’s Newest Event Venue

JEMA is designing the region’s next premier event venue – Preserve Marthasville.  Located in Marthasville, Missouri, this renovation project will rejuvenate a turn-of-the-century building of historical significance.  JEMA’s design for the 11,300 sq. ft. space will deliver on the vision of owners Sherri and Gabe Bockhorst to create a multifunctional venue that incorporates many of the structure’s original details.  Preserve Marthasville will feature three levels of event space that includes a reception area, separate performance and event areas, bride and groom rooms, and an attached cafe.

Construction is slated to begin late 2022.
