Gateway To Union At The Grove Nears Completion

Construction is nearing completion at Union At The Grove, a collective of six multifamily buildings being constructed simultaneously in St. Louis City.  The development is the first of its kind in St. Louis – combining market rate housing with attainable workforce housing – and is poised to transform the Grove neighborhood.  JEMA’s design includes two buildings flanking the entrance that serve as the “gateway” to Union At The Grove.  Blake and Booker suit the context of the surrounding neighborhood, featuring traditional brick as well as glass storefront facades for the lobbies.
