Beaufort-Leslie Cuts Ribbon on New Fire Station

Applause broke out as Fire Chief Feth cut the official ribbon on Beaufort-Leslie Fire Protection District’s new Fire Station No. 1.  There was a lot of celebrating going on as the department’s volunteer firefighters and members of the community attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for this much-anticipated new Category IV mission critical facility.

Attendees recited The Pledge of Allegiance as they observed the flag being raised in front of the new fire station.

With five apparatus bays to spaciously accommodate the district’s fire trucks and 12,000 sq. ft. of efficiently designed training, office, and gathering space, the new fire station will allow the district to facilitate ongoing and essential mission-critical training onsite.
