Webster Groves Fire Station No. 2 Takes Shape

As structural steelwork is assembled onsite, Webster Groves Fire Station No. 2 quite literally takes shape before our eyes.  This 11,000 sq. ft. project is being completed in phases so that the existing fire station remains operational throughout the duration of the construction work.  Facade materials of limestone and brick will mirror the existing Fire Station No. 1 but the scale and form of the new facility will complement the adjacent surrounding residential properties.

The ability to complete a project safely, economically, and on-time is influenced significantly by early design decisions made long before construction commences.  JEMA’s design ensures that the “constructability” of a project is taken into account throughout the design process.
