A NEIGHBORHOOD GATEWAY COMES TO THE GROVE

JEMA’s design for two new buildings in the Grove is based on the idea that a building or a series of buildings is a landscape. Within an urban landscape, the two buildings act as a gateway into a revitalized area of the South Grove. The buildings are no longer single edifices standing alone, but instead become part of a urban landscape composition creating a portal into a new neighborhood.
