HERE COMES THE SUN

JEMA’s design for a new multi-family building located in the Grove has a central focus: bringing an abundance of natural light into each residence. Bathing a home in natural light and creating unobstructed views is the most important aspect of creating wellness and happiness. Floor to ceiling windows and large panes of glass uninterrupted by mullions are strategically located within each residence creating a sun lit space that is certain to “bring joy”.
