JEMA’s design for Scenic Regional Library’s Owensville Branch library is a study in community. The new building redefines what a library is and can be. Every aspect of the entire community has a place here. The children’s area, teen’s area, adult reading room, community room along with two outdoor terraces come together to create a destination where the whole community can gather. Oh, yes, there are lots of great books too!
