Y|O Construction Kicks Off

Construction is underway at Y|O at the corner of Wyoming and Morgan Ford in South St. Louis City.  JEMA’s design for this 33,000 sq. ft. mixed-use residential project combines the renovation of an existing traditional St. Louis brick building constructed in 1902 with the new construction of a four-story ground-up building.  The design features full-height glass windows along the East, a playful brick facade, communal rooftop deck, and a balcony for every unit.

Construction is slated to be completed 2nd quarter 2023.
