Tower Grove South Neighborhood Transforms

JEMA’s transformation of St. Louis’ Tower Grove South neighborhood continues with the completion of Y/O, a new mixed-use & multi-family building located at Morgan Ford Rd. and Wyoming Street. The new 45 unit building is part of an urban renewal effort to revitalize Tower Grove South. In addition to Y/O, JEMA completed MOFO Residences in 2020  located at Morgan Ford Rd. and Connecticut Street. Another 41 unit multi-family project located at 3150 Morgan Ford Rd. is under design. The new projects add much needed density, street retail and new architecture to one of St. Louis’ great legacy neighborhoods.
