Supporting the Future of Workforce Development

A recent New York Times article highlights a growing trend among Gen Z students. More are choosing trade schools and career-focused education as they pursue in-demand careers and practical, hands-on learning.

At JEMA, we’ve had the opportunity to support this shift through our work with colleges focused on workforce and technical education. Our work with Ranken Technical College, St. Louis Community College, and St. Charles Community College reflects a shared commitment to preparing students for careers in advanced manufacturing, skilled trades, and other high-demand industries.

From numerous Ranken Technical College campuses, to the Advanced Manufacturing Center at St. Louis Community College, and the Regional Workforce Innovation Center at St. Charles Community College, our projects are designed to connect education with industry and provide spaces that support hands-on learning, collaboration, and workforce readiness.

As demand for skilled professionals continues to grow, we’re proud to help create environments where the next generation can learn, train, and thrive.
