St. Charles Fire Station No. 2 Cuts The Ribbon

There was a lot of celebrating happening as the St. Charles Fire Department cut the ribbon on their new Fire Station No. 2.

The ground-up building, located at the corner of Friedens Road and Fairgrounds Road, is a Category IV Mission Critical facility that is designed to be operational during and after a natural disaster. The new station includes 6 individual bunk suites, 3 drive-through apparatus bays and a commercial-grade kitchen.
