St. Charles Community College’s new Regional Workforce Innovation Center (RWIC), designed by JEMA, is featured in a recent KSDK story highlighting how the innovative facility is preparing students for high-demand careers across the region. The segment showcases the center’s focus on hands-on technical education, workforce development, and industry partnerships that connect students directly to emerging career opportunities.

Located on SCC’s new western St. Charles County campus in Wentzville, the 48,000-square-foot facility was designed to support programs in advanced manufacturing, robotics, mechatronics, HVAC, machining, logistics, healthcare, and more. The building’s flexible learning environments, large-scale industrial lab spaces, and interactive Discovery Lab create opportunities for students of all ages to engage with cutting-edge technology and real-world training experiences.
