St. Charles Breaks Ground On Fire Station No. 2

There was a lot of celebrating going on as the St. Charles Fire Department broke ground on its new Fire Station No. 2.  The new station will be located at Friedens and Fairgrounds Road and will replace the existing station on Main Street.  Fire Station No. 2 is poised to positively impact St. Charles citizens by reducing response times.  JEMA’s design is a state-of-the-art, Category IV mission-critical facility that includes three apparatus bays, a fitness center, and the ability to house EMS crews.

Construction is estimated to be completed Spring 2024.
