The Zelis headquarters project involved the selective demolition and renovation of an existing interior environment, paired with minor exterior alterations to create direct access to a dedicated employee and staff entrance adjacent to the primary building entry. The improvements reposition the facility to better support daily operations while enhancing clarity of arrival and circulation.

The interior renovation encompasses approximately 10,200 square feet of office space, with the remaining area allocated to production, storage, and mechanical functions. Planning strategies focused on efficient space utilization, clear organizational flow, and adaptable work areas capable of supporting evolving workplace needs.

Through targeted intervention rather than wholesale reconstruction, the project delivers a practical and cohesive transformation—aligning operational performance, employee experience, and long-term functionality within the existing building framework.
