St. Louis County’s Police Precinct 2, Intelligence Center and Property Control facility is a 49,000-square-foot Category IV Mission Critical facility designed by JEMA in Maryland Heights, Missouri. The facility brings police operations, intelligence services, property control, training, and community engagement together under one roof, creating a secure and resilient home for the officers and staff who serve St. Louis County.
Designed to support approximately 82 police officers and 23 staff members, the new municipal facility provides dedicated spaces for daily police operations, training, and administrative functions, while allowing room for future growth. The building also houses the County’s Intelligence Operations Bureau and Property Control functions, strengthening coordination between critical law enforcement services.
As a Category IV Mission Critical facility, the precinct is designed with the resilience, security, and continuity of operations required for essential public safety services. The project reflects JEMA’s experience designing Mission Critical and municipal facilities that support law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve.
