St. Louis County’s new Police Precinct, Property Control, and Intelligence Center in Maryland Heights is a 49,000-square-foot Mission Critical Category IV structure. The new facility provides a secure state-of-the-art environment for the police force to train, work, and engage with the community. The precinct serves as the base for approximately 82 police officers and 23 staff members with room for future expansion. In addition to serving as a Police Precinct, the new facility houses the county’s Intelligence Operations Bureau and Property Control functions.
