Construction is underway for St. Louis County’s new Police Precinct, property control, and Intelligence Center in Maryland Heights. The 49,000-square-foot facility, slated for completion by June 2026, is a Mission Critical Category IV structure. The new facility will provide a secure state-of-the-art environment for the police force to train, work, and engage with the community. The precinct will serve as the base for approximately 82 police officers and 23 staff members with room for future expansion. In addition to serving as a Police Precinct, the new facility will house the county’s Intelligence Operations Bureau and Property Control functions.
