St. Charles County Youth Activity Park

JEMA partnered with St. Charles County to develop a master plan vision for the expansion of the Youth Activity Park in Dardenne Prairie. JEMA provided architectural and interior design services for the renovation of the existing facility and the addition of a new recreational activities building. The renovated facility was transformed into a rock climbing gym with new party rooms, a gear shop, welcome area, bike repair station, concessions, and staff offices. Anchoring the master plan to the north of the original building, the new activity building delivers flexible indoor recreation space, a cafe, covered outdoor dining, and park ranger offices. Together, the upgraded and expanded facilities are thoughtfully integrated into the park landscape, creating a year-round destination for recreation and community engagement.
