ST. CHARLES COMMUNITY COLLEGE REGIONAL WORKFORCE INNOVATION CENTER

The St. Charles Community College Regional Workforce & Innovation Center anchors the College’s new west campus and provides space for workforce development and technical education. The 48,500-square-foot facility includes a 10,000-square-foot welding and advanced manufacturing lab designed for specialized equipment, flexible work zones, and high-capacity infrastructure.

Multi-purpose classrooms and support spaces surround the lab, providing areas for instruction, hands-on training, and collaboration with industry partners. Visual connections between learning spaces reinforce the relationship between classroom instruction and applied training, while flexible spaces allow the facility to adapt to changing workforce and industry needs.
