JEMA has an ongoing partnership with Panera Bread Company. The scope of work involves a variety of tasks to get cafes across the nation up and running. As part of JEMA’s work with Panera, JEMA works with municipalities to figure out the specific type of permit set required for each individual job, all while maintaining a very fast-paced schedule. Other roles of the firm include the creation and management of Panera’s Revit Templates and Design Guide to streamline Panera’s design and construction processes.
