Lincoln County’s new Emergency Communication and Operations Center is a 20,000-square-foot Category IV Mission Critical facility designed by JEMA to support emergency response, coordination, and community resilience. Located in Lincoln County, Missouri, the municipal facility provides a dedicated and secure environment for emergency management staff and partner agencies to coordinate operations during critical incidents, severe weather, and natural disasters.
Designed to support continuous operations when they are needed most, the facility incorporates resilient infrastructure and redundant systems throughout. Dual electric feeds and a dual-fuel emergency generator provide reliable power, while the generator is housed within a hardened enclosure for additional protection. The building is designed to withstand seismic and high-wind events, helping ensure Lincoln County’s emergency personnel can continue serving the community during challenging conditions.
