Lake St. Louis Fire District

JEMA’s design for Lake Saint Louis Fire Protection District’s new Fire Station No. 1 captures the unique qualities and caters to the specific needs of Lake Saint Louis. The exterior design features a combination of stone, wood, and cement fiber panels. The design concept’s form touches on the “lakeside” character of the city while addressing site conditions and programmatic needs for the fire station. The 12,928 sq. ft. facility includes administration areas, an EOC/training room, kitchen/dining area with access to an outdoor gathering space, staff quarters, day room, and a 3-bay drive-through apparatus bay with dedicated support spaces and a training/fitness mezzanine.
