Capacity

JEMA designed the headquarters for Capacity, an artificial intelligence company, located in St. Louis, MO. The 12,500 sq. ft. design utilizes a series of glass walls that allow for visual transparency from space to space. The interior glass walls also allow sunlight to penetrate deeper into the office. JEMA also created two large “living rooms” that act as informal gathering spaces and lounges for staff and clients alike.
