JEMA worked with AMJ Investment Group on a master plan concept for a mixed-use development within the O’Fallon neighborhood in St. Louis City. The design reimagines underutilized streetscapes as public plazas and combines dense residential development with retail space to meet the needs of the community. While some existing buildings and businesses are retained to anchor the neighborhood, those too damaged by fire or neglect are demolished to make way for modern amenities like co-working space and a photographer’s studio. This design completes phase 1 of 4 for the neighborhood.
