New Headquarters for Lithium Legacy Motors

JEMA is designing the new headquarters for Lithium Legacy Motors, located at 2831 Olive Street in St. Louis. The building will house both office and workshop functions, with the southern third dedicated to office space and the northern two-thirds to a high-performance custom automotive laboratory and workshop.

The design reflects the industrial and mechanized nature of Lithium Legacy’s work, incorporating exposed materials and clean, machine-like forms that highlight precision and craftsmanship.
