JEMA’s 2024 Retreat

Last week, the JEMA team came together for our annual retreat, a time for reflecting on the past year, strategizing for the future, and enjoying each other’s company outside of the office. Since our founding, we’ve consistently focused on two fundamental questions: what did we do well? and what can we improve upon? While these questions are crucial, the manner in which we approach them is equally important. We encourage everyone in the company to openly share their thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment. We believe that fostering a culture of openness and fearlessness is essential for driving innovation and growth, ensuring that every voice is heard.
