JEMA Presents At St. Louis Multifamily Summit

JEMA’s Managing Partner John Mueller was one of four panelists at MetroWire Media‘s St. Louis Multifamily Summit held at LaunchCode. Presenting alongside other panelists Abdul Abdullah with Park Central Development, Brian Pratt with Ballast CRE, and Rania Lombero with Intelica CRE, John shared insight into the current state of multifamily design. Particular focus was on inclusive and community-oriented development, emerging trends, best practices, and affordability. JEMA’s recent work in the multifamily sector includes YIO, 3150 Morgan Ford, as well as the award-winning MOFO Urban Residences and Union at The Grove.
