JEMA Featured in the Missouri Municipal League Review’s January/February Edition

JEMA is proud to be highlighted in the new edition of the Missouri Municipal League Review, showcasing our latest initiative in St. Charles.  Featured in this edition is the St. Charles City Hall project, also known as the St. Charles City Centre Complex. JEMA’s design embodies a mixed-use neighborhood within two buildings, incorporating a range of facilities, including: a new City Hall, a Senior Center, a Community Center, Arts & Culture spaces, conferencing areas, a Council Chamber that doubles as an event space, and the Historical Society. The project also includes new retail spaces and 2 levels of structured parking.
