JEMA Designs The Region’s First Esports Venue

In partnership with Maryville University, KEAT Properties, and Keeley Properties, JEMA is bringing the region’s first Esports concept to life.  The proposed project in Town and Country, MO features a 3,000-seat multipurpose venue, residence hall, and retail component.  The site plans also include a parking garage, outdoor plazas, and walking trails for students and the community.  If approved by Town and Country, the facility is poised to accommodate Maryville University‘s vision as well as elevate the level of athletic and social experiences for Maryville and the region.

The project team is led by Dr. Mark Lombardi, Maryville President, and real estate developers Greg Yawitz, President of KEAT Properties, and Jason Braidwood, President of Keeley Properties.  JEMA will serve as prime architect and has partnered with Populous as Esports consultant and interior architect.
