Iva Takes Shape

Site 6 of Union at the Grove is under construction.  At 40,000 sq. ft., Iva is one of six buildings that will offer attainable housing with workforce and market rate targeted rents.  JEMA’s modern design for the building features clean lines, open space, and the incorporation of natural light.  Located at 4484 Vista Avenue in The Grove, Iva offers 1-Bedrooms, 2-Bedrooms, and Efficiencies.  The 4-story building features cast stone, brick, and perforated metal wall panels.
