Inner Sanctum

JEMA unveils Inner Sanctum, a private entertainment venue at 2831 Olive Street. Original board-formed concrete walls and ceilings remain intact, while the building’s original boiler is deconstructed and reimagined as the front and back bar. Graffiti and layered finishes introduce an “industrial glam” atmosphere that blends grit with sophistication. Construction is slated to begin later this year.
