
Ground Breaks on SCC’s Field to Table Institute
St. Charles Community College officially broke ground today on its new Field to Table Institute. The 16,000 square-foot facility is set to be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
The Field to Table Institute will be a hands-on learning center focused on culinary arts, agriculture, and sustainable food systems. Today’s groundbreaking marks the beginning of a transformative project that will help shape the future of food education and workforce development in the region.
