Field-To-Table Institute Design Unveiled

JEMA’s design for St. Charles Community College’s new Field To Table Institute has been approved and will move into construction later this year. The 15,000-square-foot facility will support the college’s Culinary Program and includes a café/market with a commercial kitchen, teaching classrooms, and offices for faculty and staff.

The design reflects an agrarian aesthetic that aligns with the program’s focus on agriculture, health, and culinary science.
