Creating A Community Destination

JEMA’s design for St. Charles’ new City Centre Complex was featured in the St. Louis Post Dispatch. By bringing together a variety of community related programs into one complex, the building becomes a dynamic mixed-use community gathering destination. The complex features a new city hall, senior center, community center, conferencing and event space, an arts & crafts gallery and workspace, children’s daycare and plenty of structured, off road and on road parking. The new complex embraces the history and heart of St. Charles, MO.
