Construction Progresses on the New St. Charles City Hall

Construction is progressing on the new 75,000-square-foot Saint Charles City Hall, bringing new life to the historic American Car and Foundry campus. The project transforms the 1906 Rail Car Warehouse into a contemporary civic facility while preserving its historic character. The new City Hall will bring city administration and council chambers together under one roof, along with expanded public spaces, community forums, covered parking, and ground-level retail.
