Construction Progresses on SCC’s Field-To-Table Institute

Construction continues on St. Charles Community College’s new 28,000-square-foot Field-To-Table Institute in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri. Designed to support hands-on learning and community engagement, the facility will feature a retail market, café, teaching kitchen, and a new Farmers Plaza. We’re excited to see this innovative project continue to take shape.
