The building is being enclosed, and critical infrastructure is being installed as work advances on the steel substructure. This 15,000-square-foot, Mission Critical, Category IV facility is designed per ICC 500 and engineered for resilience, ensuring continuous operation during and after emergencies. Key features include a reinforced structure and envelope, dual electric feeds, and a dual-fuel emergency generator.
