AHM Group Reveals St. Louis City’s Latest Multifamily Design

AHM Group has revealed the design for its proposed development at 3150 Morgan Ford in the Tower Grove South neighborhood of St. Louis.  JEMA is the architect and interior designer of this 40,000 sq. ft. three-story multifamily building, which is comprised of 1-bedroom apartments built over ground-floor covered parking.  A second-floor terrace overlooks the street and provides a setback for the private balconies above it.  JEMA’s design concept is based on a metal panel “grid” with warmer stone infill.

3150 Morgan Ford is located just one block North of JEMA’s award-winning MOFO Urban Residences and two blocks north of JEMA’s Y|O.
