A Sustainable Approach for St. Louis County

Construction of St. Louis County’s Police Precinct 2, Intelligence Center, and Property Control Center is progressing on schedule. The new 50,000 sq. ft., 2 story Category IV Mission Critical facility combines three key components of the St. Louis County Police Department into one unified space. By consolidating these distinct functions under a single roof, the project offers a sustainable solution that reduces both costs and environmental impact, while minimizing energy consumption and land disturbance. The facility is expected to be completed by Spring 2026.
