JEMA Featured in STCNow’s October Edition

JEMA is proud to be highlighted in the October edition of STCNow, showcasing our latest initiatives and achievements within St. Charles. This feature emphasizes the St. Charles City Hall project, also known as the St. Charles City Centre Complex. JEMA’s design embodies a mixed-use neighborhood within two buildings, incorporating a range of facilities, including: a Senior Center, Community Center, Arts & Culture spaces, conferencing areas, a Council Chamber that doubles as an event space, and the Historical Society. The project also includes new retail spaces and 2 levels of structured parking.
