Progress – On Time and On Budget

JEMA’s design for the new St. Louis County Police facility, currently under construction, exemplifies efficiency and functionality. Previously housed in three separate buildings—Precinct 2, Intelligence Operations, and Property/Evidence Control—these functions are now unified within a single structure. The design takes advantage of the sloping site by integrating the Property Control area into the hillside, placing it beneath the Precinct and Intelligence floors. This consolidation promotes shared spaces, reduces overall square footage, lowers energy consumption, minimizes the site footprint, and boosts staff morale and camaraderie. As a leader in Mission Critical, Category IV design, JEMA continues to set the benchmark for excellence.
