The First in St. Louis
The City of Maplewood’s new Fire Station is the first LEED Fire Station in the St. Louis area. The building is under construction and is slated to be complete by the year’s end.
The building will achieve LEED Silver Certification, making it the first and only municipal building in St. Louis to be LEED Certified. From Affton to Woodson Terrace and every town and municipality in between (all 100 + of them), this Fire Station will stand alone as the most sustainable. JEMA is proud to partner with the City of Maplewood to lead the region in sustainability.
