Preserve Marthasville Makes History With Modern Event Venue

Preserve Marthasville is a 16,000 sq. ft., two-level event venue and cafe located in Marthasville, Missouri.  The project is an adaptive reuse of a historic building originally constructed in 1905.  JEMA’s design creates two floors of multifunctional event space ideal for small concerts, weddings, celebrations and corporate events. In keeping with the owner’s vision, many of the original components of the building are retained and exposed – including the original tin ceiling, timber roof structure, steel hanger rods and white oak lap siding.  State-of-the art functionality is integrated throughout the venue creating a facility that is at once both modern and historic.

The venue is accepting reservations for 2024.
