Rockwell Beer Garden Celebrated As Award Finalist

The St. Louis Business Journal has published the results of the Commercial Real Estate Awards 2022 and Rockwell Beer Garden in Francis Park is being celebrated as a finalist in the “Best Renovation Project” category.  Hailed as the first of its kind in St. Louis, this multi-faceted food-and-beverage-concept is located inside a public park and is reactivating the park as a community space using the family-centric beer garden as the anchor.  JEMA’s design includes the adaptive repurpose of an existing historic structure within the park, which now serves as the hub for the large, open-air beer garden.
