Office Evolution had two goals in mind for its Summit, NJ co-working space – maximize the density of co-working areas and re-use as much of the existing layout as possible.  JEMA’s sleek, modern design for the space incorporates high, exposed ceilings and lots of daylight.  The composition of shared workspaces achieves a balance of private offices, small group rooms, and conference spaces to meet the dynamic business needs of today’s office tenants.  Full glass office fronts and sliding glass doors are utilized to accomplish a clean, bright aesthetic.

The adaptive re-use of the existing restrooms and utility spaces maximizes the value and impact of the buildout.  Additionally, Office Evolution needed to convey its brand message of providing a strong, productive community to its clients.  By using efficient design, JEMA created an open communal kitchen concept that invites collaboration.
